Questions of the Week #7 (my first time)

1. Can you write with both hands?

No way.... I do good to write legibly with one. Oh , does typing count?

2. Are you superstitious?

not really

3. What would be your dream job?

Well, I'm kind of beyond that stage, but I always wanted to be an elementary school teacher.

4. Do you dream often?

Very seldom, but when I do, it is usually like being in a novel or a soap opera.

5. What is your favorite ice cream flavor?

Nutty Coconut from Baskin Robbins!! Yummy!

6. Did you ever sneak out when you were younger?

Once, and my Mom was sitting on the porch waiting for me when I got home. Probably why it only happened once.

7. Have you ever fallen in public?

Yes, I actually slipped on spilled baby oil at Wal Mart and broke my fall with my elbow, which decided to break completely into. Also broke my upper arm. Still can't straighten that arm out completely! That was about eighteen years ago, they paid for everything, and no I did not sue.

8. What is your favorite animal?

I'm a cat person, simply because they are more self sufficient. Unlike my dog, who has to be walked, exercised, bathed, and kenneled if we decide to go on an overnight trip... the cats take care of themselves while we are gone. We only have to have someone come in and feed them.

9. As a child what was scarier…the closet or under the bed?

Under the bed for sure!

10. Have you ever got your tongue stuck on a Popsicle?

Yes, many times!!

Today is National Clean Out Your Bookcase Day! I challenge you to clean out your bookcase. Maybe it's time to give away some of the books you no longer need. Or maybe those books you cherish just need a good dusting.

Halloween 2007

2. When is the next party you're going to? What is it?
My granddaughter Kelsi's birthday is today! Her party is Saturday.

3. Have you ever attended any costumes or themed parties?
Yes, I have been to many Halloween parties and dressed up as many things. One of the best included a ghostly hayride through the woods at night, and a haunted house also. Great party.

The planet Pluto was discovered today in 1930 by Clyde Tombaugh . Pluto has three moons. Once every 248 Earth years, Pluto swings inside the orbit of Neptune. It stays there for twenty years. During those twenty years, Pluto is closer to the Sun than Neptune. While it is closer to the Sun, Pluto has an atmosphere.

Week of February16: Days of the Week

Tell me all about your favorite days ....
1. Whats your favorite day of the week? My favorite day is Monday. The weekend is over, I have the house to myself again. It's my "me" day, and I babysit my Lilybug every Monday night also.
2. What's your least favorite? Oddly, Saturday. Nothing to do, nothing on tv, no money to go do anything.
3. Do you have a particular day & time that you look forward to? Every other Friday night is our 'date night'. I plan for it and look forward to it for two weeks.
4. Like Friday nights or Saturdays? Why? Friday night. Answered partly in #3, and also because I like the tv lineup on Friday night.
