Wordless Wednesday

I can't believe it's been so long since I posted. I have been back in the hospital and was very very sick again. Feeling a little better but not a lot. Started gaining weight again but it was fluid, and they drained off 40 pounds of it again. Hanging in there! Thank you Sandee for emailing me and checking on me. It meant so much. Now on to Wordless Wednesday.

Since I've been away three weeks------

Maddie is a month old.

The terrible 2s have hit Lily Big Time, complete with painting the bathroom with red fingernail polish.

I celebrated my 54th birthday.

Cake made by future DIL - Jenny.

Kenzie turned 8.

Friday Fill-Ins

Friday Fill-Ins

1. If I could be a fly on the wall I would watch out for large flying plastic things that make me go Splat . I honestly would not want to be a fly on any one's wall.

2. Jealousy is a little green monster that ruins relationships.

3. When I see a shooting star my wish would be that I survive my liver transplant and watch my grand babies grow up.

4. I'd rather be rich, slim, and healthy than broke, fat, and sick any day!

5. Certain songs when I hear them make me wanna get up and dance.

6. If time were in a bottle I'd carry a bottle opener with me or break that bottle if need be, because I need more time.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to watching a movie with hubby who is cooking for us, tomorrow my plans include babysitting Lily and Sunday, I want to go take pictures at the lake!
Of course all this depends on Maddie, my newest grand baby whose Mom is dilated to 5 and she is trying to come into this world. We are all in 'Waiting' mode!

What is your Bills IQ?

My friend Frances led me to this new website allows which you to enter your information according to credit, debt, budget, wealth, and lifeplan and then it calculates your Debt IQ. Mine is 72%. The quiz is free and only takes about three minutes.
Here is a shot of my results. It's like being in high school and wishing I had studied harder for the test. The sad part is before moving to Georgia, my score would have been much higher.
According to my debt IQ, I need to work on paying my debt down and make sure that all of my bills are paid off monthly. I find that almost impossible since we moved here and hubby took a crap just just for the insurance. According to the site's info, credit cards can sometimes take up to 15 years to be paid off if you pay the minimum payment. I normally paid my credit cards off every month, but there have been a couple of months where I would let it ride and just paid the minimum. Thank goodness, I no longer use credit cards. There are so many Americans drowning in Credit card debt. It spans across economic lines. If you find yourself in this position it may be time to take the BillsIQ quiz. It may be time to get Credit counseling .
It is hard to think about the future when food and necessities are important. And all these doctor co-pays. So take the quiz and tell me if you are you financially fit? My goal is to get through this surgery and go back to work, so our bills will always be paid on time like they used to be. I want my bill score to be 95% or better next time I take this quiz.
