Happy Tuesday!

FIND OF THE DAY!
SIMPLY TEMPTING BODY BUTTAH! This stuff is awesome. It comes in 5 scents and I love it. It's all natural ingredients, and it doesn't leave that 'greasy' feeling on your skin. You will not be sorry you tried this. My favorite is Black Raspberry Vanilla. Check it out here.

10 on Tuesday 10 Things that Were Better Way Back When

1. Everything was so much cheaper. I remember when gas went up to 33¢ a gallon and we thought that was awful. We could feed a family of 4 on $30. a week. A hundred dollars would buy me about 4 or 5 outfits.

2. Things like cars and houses, etc... were built better way back when. They were not thrown together on an assembly line.

3. You knew your neighbors and everyone helped everyone else. People are just not as friendly as they were then. Families have grown apart now, back then family, even extended family, was everything.

4. People remembered your name. Like doctors, pharmacists, tellers at the bank; that has all changed.

5. Kids played outside more. They did not live in front of the tv, video game, or computer. They made their own fun.

6. You could spank your child without going to jail. You could hug your neighbors child without being considered a pervert. You could keep your doors unlocked. There were no drugs. The 'bad' boys were the guys who smoked behind the lunchroom in high school.

7. The music was better. You could understand the words.

8. Divorce was almost a dirty word. Marriage meant forever, not "oh well, if it doesn't work, I'll just get a divorce".

9. Moms stayed home and raised their children. It didn't take both Mom and Dad working just to make ends meet.

10. There was no fast food. No drive thrus. When you went to a restaurant, it was good food. People didn't have to worry about what chemicals, colorants and preservatives were in there.
