And let's don't forget the Blog Party starts Monday at Chickadee's blog.... A Familiar Path. Lots of fun and prizes! The world is celebrating several occasions today. It is "GO BOWLING" Day, so why don't you? Great fun. We haven't been in a while, but maybe tonight is the night.
It's also KMart's birthday. Maybe they are having a sale to celebrate!
And it is 'Peanut Butter Lovers Day', so in honor of that... here is our favorite peanut butter recipe.
Mom's Best Peanut Butter Cookies
2 sticks butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix butter, sugar and peanut butter together. Add eggs, flour, baking soda and vanilla extract. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

adorable hats! no little kids anymore in our house but this would be a nice suggestion to mommie friends with little children.
