Lily absolutely loves the taste of bagels and cream cheese. She can hear me pushing the toaster down at any time, and start begging for for her baggle as she calls it. As soon as she smells it, she picks it up and one touch of that bagel, turns into two, and three- you get the picture. It winds up all over her and the table, and sometimes the floor. After breakfast, it's bathtime, and I love the way she smells right after her bath. That's probaby my favorite scent in the world.
She has started saying things I can understand now, and hearing her little voice say words is just an awesome experience for an old grandma like me. But the very best thing is the way she runs to me every morning when she sees me at the door. ( Heads or Tales )
