Manic Monday

Mo has chosen EGGS as his Manic Monday choice this week.

While browsing the blog world last week I came across this egg, and found it facsinating. If you know how to do this please let me know. It is a brownie baked in an egg.

Beats me, I have no idea how they got it in. It's cool though. Happy MM!

Happy MM! I'm not sure that I want my brownie inside of an eggshell. Looks like you would need one of those Star Trek do-hickies...

As usual, my response this week to the MM meme takes Mo's word to a different place that is unique to the African American culture.

That is eggstraordinary! I`d like to know how they do it so I could do it for our church, lol. What I do know though, is how to get it OUT!

Happy Manic Easter Monday.

You blow the egg out, then sterilize it. (Steaming it is how Martha suggests for sterilization).
Then somehow you get the batter inside and bake it.
Looks like a helluva lot of work for an egg-shaped brownie covered in shell bits!
But that's just me!
Thanks for participating in Manic Mondays!
Cheers,
