It's Freezer Food Friday!
Freezer Meat Loaf
½ cup dry bread crumbs
3½ cups milk
1 cup minced onion
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp pepper
3 pounds ground beef
Mix together first 7 ingredients. Combine thoroughly with ground beef.
Divide in half. Form into two loaves. Wrap with foil; label and freeze.
To cook:
Thaw completely; unwrap. Place in loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 2½ hours, or until done. Drain fat.
Makes 2 loaves.
